Share my cam publicly

I have a cam that I have used outdoors since I purchased (1 year). It has preformed very well. My wife is a Kindergarten teacher and we are in quarantine for the last quarter of the year. A bird has built a nest right under my cam, I would love to be able to share my stream publicly and have her send out the link to her kiddos. Is this possible?

Technically yes but you have to make some changes to the camera. There is an RTSP firmware that would allow you to use software to broadcast the camera.
The problem is you would have to get the camera from it’s location above the birds. I assume that wouldn’t be possible.

You can set up a web server for the camera using TinyCam, and you don’t need physical access to the camera to set it up, but frankly, it’s a lot of work and you have to know how to do port forwarding and MAC address binding on your router.

I use tinyCam server running on an Android TV box. It’s a good option. You can also run it on an Android emulator like BlueStacks.
Let us know if you want to try it.

Thanks, I had read both of those solutions

I’d go with Angus’s solution. Fairly inexpensive a reliable.
