Is there a human I can talk to at WYZE that can walk me through my can plus, cam unlimited, etc to optimize my account? I feel like I’ve purchased items over the years and am paying for things that are not needed.

You would need to talk to support.
If you have cam unlimited, you definitely do not need cam plus or any other subscription. You just need to move your cams over to unlimited and cancel anything else you have. Or if you don’t have the 4 cams needed to justify the cost of unlimited (I believe that’s the threshold, but confirm), move them over to regular cam plus and get rid of unlimited. You should be able to do all this on your own in your account.
They frequently run deals on both cam plus and cam unlimited (cam plus is $20 per camera per year right now) so you’ll need to check which one is the better price for you.
If you have their security monitoring service etc that’s totally separate, don’t cancel that unless you no longer want that service.
