Set up timing out

My app counts down to 1 sec and then says “timed out”. I have the phone and the camera right next to the router

If you are trying to set the camera up for the first time, make sure your phone is connected to the 2.4 ghz wifi network. It will NOT work on the 5ghz wifi.

If this is not your issue please explain further.
