# Segments not lighting up

I have the 32 ft light strip in a closet. I turned it on today to find about ¼ of the segment is not lighting up. Anyone have the same experience?

I’m having this issue with the last 1/4 length not lighting up on a 16 ft Lift Strip Pro. Very frustrating.
