Why does my sd card not work in my doorbell camera without a subscription? I have the duo camera with the sd card on subscription and it works fine.
A subscription is not needed. What do you mean by “not work”?
A common point of confusion is when you go to the event video, the play button is for cloud video (which needs a subscription). The “SD Card” button at the bottom is to play the video off the card. You can also navigate to the live view then SD card to navigate around events there.
So on one cam, you can use either one since you have a subscription. On the other, you can only use the SD card one.
