In November, all my pancams SD card says “no video available at this time” and now today, they all show I have the camplus (even went onto the computer to double check invoicing) and none of them will show camplus events. Instead, when I try to filter, it says I don’t have a subscription.
What the heck is going on? How do I fix these problems? I see others posting about the SD card issue, but help is being mute and saying nothing or addressing it. So, I assume the same will be true with recognizing there’s a problem with a paid service not being recognized.
