SD Card is Working, But What am I Missing?

I’ve had my Cam Pan in storage for a couple of years. I just took it out and updated the firmware via my Android phone. I formatted a 16gb SD card and at first it wouldn’t recognize it. I did some research and manually updated the firmware and all is well on that front.

But, when I am using the camera in Motion Detection mode, I thought the inclusion of a memory card would increase the 12-second video length, triggered on movement, to something longer than 12 seconds. I am not seeing this. Am I missing something?

CMC is the only way to increase Event clips length. The SD card has no effect on event videos. You can access the video on the SD card from the cameras live view page by selecting View Playback from the bottom of the live view screen.
