SD card caused hard crash of my V1 WYZE cam

Hello,
I am having problems reconnecting a V1 cam that was working great until I inserted a house brand SD card from Micro Center Electronics.

I think it had the -90 code with no network connection.

I took the card out and since then have had no luck getting the camera back online using the normal restore process. (Via new camera set up) The light keeps flashing blue and yellow.

Then it counts down with no connection established.
A voice came on but I cannot understand what she is saying.

What should I do?

If that doesn’t solve it, keep in mind that this is primarily a user-to-user forum. If you don’t get help here from the community, file a support request including log files. That will ensure that the logs are captured. You might want to submit the ticket right away because there’s somewhat of a backlog. You can always let them know it’s already resolved when they contact you.

I have found out the person in charge of our wireless hardware had the password changed to less than 8 characters.
Once I get him to modify it I will try again.

A wifi password having changed would definitely stop the camera from working. To change the password in the camera when the router has changed, see “Changing Wifi Information” here: https://support.wyzecam.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022421192-Network-Information-Compatibility/
