Schedule & Automation NOT working for V2 sensors

I am working from home and I want to mute V2 motion sensor but schedule is not working. Driving me nuts right now. I used V2 contact sensor to create a routine in Alexa and it’s not working too. Can someone please help? @WyzeTeam @WyzeGwendolyn

So the routine themselves arnt working in Alexa? Can you post a screenshot of your scheduled rule? When did you create it?

My V3 contact sensor can’t trigger this basic routine

I created long ago with V1 sensor and updated it when I got the V3
