I used the scale a year ago, and it worked fine
The app must have updated, because my data is gone.
Anyway: When I try to claim new data from the scale (it connects!) I have to add "For whom this is’.
When I enter all my info it says ‘Activate scale and connect to it’. I stand on the scale (phone in hand), the WiFi symbol comes on, and I click Next: nothing happens.
What am I missing? The scale sends its data to the app: I can see it! After activating the scale, what does it mean “to connect to it” then? What more do I need to do?
