Yeah, that’s obviously a newer reply in that topic, and it’s nonspecific. I guess it’s probably best to read it as all four firmware releases have been halted, because the Release Notes & Firmware page doesn’t show notes about pauses for any of these. 
I guess you can flash back, depending on how long you want to wait. 
I managed to do this for grins and am able to see a live stream from my Cam Pan v3, so that’s certainly possible.
