Roll back Wyze from APP v3.5.5.(669) to previous?

After APP update if I manually record within the app it only records in 640x360 on (4) different Wyze Cam v3 Pro on 2 different networks though it is set to record in 2.5K.
When motion is detected it records 2.5K to the card.
Shortly after APP update 6/20/25 I subscribed to the Cam Unlimited Monthly.
I have had all 4 cameras since 6/17/23 working fine until now.

Thanks for this information, I did install the last version of the app, but I resubscribed to the cam plus service and randomly all cameras are still filming in 360 or 2K.
Any chance their monitoring service is causing this?
If I can’t get this resolved these four cameras are going to be on eBay cheap.

I only have regular v3 cameras and am still using App version 2.50. Have you tried contacting Wyze Support?
