Robot Vaccum showing charger in wrong room

After first run the mapping shows the charger in the wrong room. Therefore ET can’t find home. Time to return to Amazon?

If you have not done so I would first make sure you are on the latest Wyze App version for your device and the latest Firmware for the Wyze Robot Vacuum (or WRV as it is commonly referred to).

Then I would suggest deleting the map and remap using the quick map (again, if you have not done so. Make sure the base is where you want it (Highly suggested to be on a hard surface).

You can do this by going into the WRV settings>Reset Map.
It will ask if you if are sure if you want to reset, select reset.

Once it has been reset run the quick map or full map (dealers choice) again.
