Came home to a message that vac’s wheels were tangled. They weren’t, and the unit was close to the charger. I charged it, but not it doesn’t seem to be able to move. It tries, but then throws an error saying it’s blocked. It’s not. I’ve checked the wheels, they turn. So I’ll not sure what else to try.
