If you are at a location that is different than where the camera is, you can not reset. One of the troubleshooting is to unplug and plug in again. This sometimes can not be done because you are not physically able to be there.
You could get Smart Plugs to turn off and back on your cameras. Many different brands and Wyze Smart Plugs are mentioned at the bottom of this article.
If you have a Zigbee capable smart home hub these are good to use too.
One thing I really hate about the battery powered outdoor V2. Is that rebooting the base station sometimes isn’t enough… You need to physically flip the switch behind the charging plug to resolve any issue. I have another solar cam from a different brand and I never had to take it down. But my Grandpa prefers the Wyze browser UI. Guess I’ll just hope the firmware will eventually be improved to the point where no hard reboots are needed.
