Wifi doesn’t work, they know it doesn’t work. I got a new one only by pestering then and the new one does the same thing. My warranty was way out of time.
It’s the last firmware update, they know it’s bad but won’t fix it. Nor can you roll it back to previous firmware. So pester them to fix this issue. Keep on them. Ask for a new one. I bet if I did not update the firmware it would be just fine.

They have ghosted every attempt to acknowledge there is an issue with the firmware/device. I was sent two replacement units, same issue. I have mine on a smart plug and reboot when needed. Its the reason I will never purchase another product from them again.
I will also not be ordering any new products from them again.
Reading around I saw that if your app is set up to be a beta tester to remove yourself as a beta tester. I did and I have not seen my wifi lose connection for a week now
My issue is with the AQI readings stopping after 48-72 hours. This occurred after the last firmware update. Only remedy is to unplug and restart. Its a known issue.
