Wyze should create the ability to register the devices you own to their website. Once that is done you should be able to go those devices and choose accessories for them, choose to order more, or have the ability to request support on the item directly from it. All of the item information for that device icluding the order # from when you ordered it should be attached to the support request to save the customer the trouble of having to attach it or find it themselves, Especially since last I saw it said it only keeps the most recent orders under recent orders. If you end up needing a order number for support and you can’t find it you may be in trouble. This can help solve that problem and just make an overall easier experience.
