We desperately need the ability for the camera to KEEP RECORDING footage while the user is watching the live feed. Right now, if I open it and watch the camera, it will not record any more.

Can you provide some more detail? It might help to pinpoint a cause for your issue
- There are a lot of cams tagged in your Topic Title, are you using all those cams? What type of Cam is this occuring on?
- Are you talking about Cloud Event recording or uSD Card recording?
- Is the cam subscribed to CamPlus Lite or CamPlus?
- How did you determine it isn’t recording while you watch the Live View?
