Receiving Push Notification on Phone but no recording to Cloud.

Is anyone else have an issue with receiving push notifications but the 14 second clip doesn’t get recorded and uploaded to cloud for viewing?

However, I am able to view it in playback via SD card. This happens a few times a day. Sometimes it does record the 14 second clip and uploads it to Cloud for viewing.

I had this happen the other day. I looked at the time stamp of the notification and I could not find a clip anywhere around that time. I checked the live stream on both cameras and the time was correct. I never took the time to review the SD card though.
