Question on getting phone alerts from v3 cam

When I set up my cameras I also signed up for for the online service and everything worked great, I would get alerts on my phone whenever there motion detected. after a couple months I decided I did not need the online video backups and stopped the service and at the same time I wanted to set up the rules for “home” and “away” so I would only get alerts when I was away. After the two changes I no longer received phone alerts. I have since removed the rules and in the camera settings they are set up to send alerts on movement and sound - but I am still not getting any alerts on my phone. Any help would be appreciated
