I can’t get my camera pan 2 scan the qr code. Ive had it set up before, it just stopped connecting one day and i cant reconnect it. I just connected another camera but cant connect this one. I have tried different angles, the brightness, cleaning the lense, restating it, and i think i reset it too. I really really like my canera, i dont understand what happened to it!
I see that you’re using Android, are you by chance using the developer dark mode option? If you are turn that off and try to go through the setup again. I know as of a few months ago we had learned that there was trouble scanning the QR codes with dark mode turned on although it is something that’s being worked on if not already fixed.
