Problems after the newest update

I have two of the Wizen Pan cam. One in the front of the house and the other in the back. For some reason after the update both camera stop tracking and recording events. Has anyone had this problem? I have checked all settings and they are fine. I find it hard to believe that both cameras have the same problem. My next step if no fix is to delete and reinstall everything which is a pain.

Try power cycling (unplug and plug back in) the cameras. If that doesn’t fix the issue, try flashing the firmware.
