What does it mean when setting up wifi connection with camera causes an error message about power cycling it? Does it just mean to restart it? It is offline but wifi is working.

Unfortunately power cycling is physical, I’ve cameras 800 miles away.
With one of my V2s I installed a smart plug so I can do a power cycle from anywhere.
