Can you provide some more details?

  • Is the plug the only device that will not respond to Google Assistant Voice Commands?

  • Which version of the plug do you have?

  • What Google Voice device are you using?

  • Have you recently enabled 2FA in the Wyze app?

  • Is the plug showing online in both the Wyze app and your Google device list?

  • Is the plug reacting normally within the Wyze App?

I have no idea which of those questions you answered. No way to help if I can’t narrow it down to troubleshoot the problem.

2FA is Two Factor Authentication that uses SMS or uses an authenticator app to give you a one time code to allow login.
