That’s primarily a precaution about ejecting the card. I’ve seen @dave27 mention it a few times, and I think it’s a good suggestion, so I’ve added it to my own practice whenever I want to power cycle a cam. I usually use the Cam’s Turn Off feature, as well, but that’s probably overkill.
Are you using Firefox? That’s not a supported browser for Web View, and I’ve never been able to stream any Cam OGs (or my Cam OG Telephoto) in Web View on Firefox even when some other Cams do stream. What happens if you try a Chromium-based browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Brave, etc.)?
