I have noticed today that my playback does not move it just freezes after it starts. This is for all 4 cameras I have Including one PAN. I have restarted the app multiple times with no luck.

Please ensure your playback device is connected to a fast-enough network to handle the video. If this doesn’t help, please try a different device.

Thank you for the reply. As more info it was working the previous day on the device and the network speed is just fine. Audio still works, just the video freezes right after it starts. Any other suggestions? I have had the set up work fine for months till now.
Please attempt to use a different device. Let us know if that works.
Before I got a chance to even try a new device everything seemed to go back to normal… nothing changed so not sure what it was. Hopefully it will not come back.
