So the bot says I can pay my subscription at any time but then states I need to add or remove services which I do not wish to do.
Then the bot tells me I can login to another Wyze portal site to manage subscriptions and payments and make a payment there. Whilst this site it speaks of does exist, I am finding myself unable to locate any such make a payment option for my subscription. I am finding only an option to change payment methods and other such entertaining merriment.
So back to the bot I go and which it now tells me it is not possible to make such a payment earlier than the scheduled date.
It would seem that said bot is AI hallucinating and full of inaccurate information.
So assuming ALL of the information the bot provides is of little to no use, is it indeed possible to make a subscription payment early or is it not so?

I think all subscriptions are Automatic payments from your credit card on or before the due date. Are you paying a Monthly fee or a once a year fee.?
