No. The plugs being used for this workaround are not the ones the cams are plugged into. These plugs are extra plugs with nothing plugged into them.
Since Alexa and Google Home can’t do any app level global settings functions and are missing so many individual device actions, a static Wyze Plug is used as a Relay Switch. Alexa\Google actions the Plug On\Off, the Plug Trigger Rule then triggers the specific Wyze Action that Alexa\Google couldn’t do directly.
When the Wyze Plug turns Off, the Rule Mutes Push Notifications in the app. Plug On = UnMute.
