Pan cam v4 record button greyed out during viewing sd card footage. Sd card footage is viewable.
What app version are you using?
When reporting an issue like this, the app version is a key piece of information. As your profile flair indicates Beta group membership, I wonder if your experience is the result of using a public β or RC app. If that’s the case, then I’d advise posting to the relevant Beta topic that corresponds to your app and/or firmware version and also submitting an app log so that you can share the Log ID in your post.
The Record button is working for me while viewing microSD playback, and I recorded a video during playback to confirm that a recording would save to my phone. I’m able to do this using Cam Pan v4 with Firmware Version 4.70.1.3311 and three different Android apps:
- v3.9.0.739 (Plugin Version 3.9.0.5)
- v3.10.5.749 (Plugin Version 3.10.0.2)
- v3.10.6.753 (Plugin Version 3.10.0.2)
