I have 2 waypoints set for my Panv3 camera, when there is motion in a waypoint, the camera will pan away after the 10sec.
What settings should I have it set to to have it stay with movement in a waypoint until the movement is gone??

“Motion in a waypoint” doesn’t make sense. If “Track Motion” is enabled, the camera follows any movement in its field of view; it doesn’t matter whether it’s a waypoint or not.
Track Motion and Pan Scan are both enabled;
if there is movement it will track until the 10sec then go to next point, even with movement still in the first point.
It does not stay and track the motion for the entire time, it pans to next waypoint.
You have “Pan Scan” enabled, which is why. Might want to try it disabled, see if that works in your case. If not, you have to live with it, because it seems to be overriding everything else.
Edit:
Ideally, once you press any of the pan control buttons, the camera should temporarily disable “Pan Scan”. This item has the potential to be added to the wishlist.
Even if Pan Scan is disabled, but if you have waypoint#1 set (the home position), the camera goes back to it, when the motion stops.
