I recently installed a SD card into the pan scan camera and I turned and I set it to record events only under local storage in advanced settings. However I have noticed that whenever I have pan scan turned on or even if I manually pan the camera, these are recorded and stored locally. I usually leave pan scan on in the night and I have found 8+ hours of footage with nothing in it. I have tried adjusting the sensitivity settings of the motion detection, thinking that this was causing the issue, but it has not seemed to help. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there something I am doing wrong?
