Can you provide the following:
- app version you are using
- the Palm Lock Firmware
- Is it behind a storm door
Then can get a Device Log and post it here? You can get the Log by going to the Palm Lock, click on settings, then scroll down to Wyze Support and submit a log. Post the number here, I will see if I can get some eyes on this for you.
I also heard that they will be releasing updated Firmware soon as well.
Asking for this because of:
- I have not had any Palm reading fail. It works like a champ for me.
- My Battery has not been charged for months and it is at 67% now
- I have found that if you over tighten the lock the bolt action seems to get stuck it binds some. I ended up loosening and then tightening the bolts in a star pattern not tighten one at a time
- the keypad will wake up with 2 taps in the middle of the screen.
- Temp Battery is supposed to last 24 hours or more, I cannot confirm the duration as I have some replacement batteries from other Wyze Products. So I always have fully charged replacement batteries.
This is why a log is needed.
