Does anyone else have problems with their outside base? I have 4 cameras hooked to it. We are currently out of state and have not been able to access the cameras since December. The app tells me that it isn’t connected to the internet. That can’t be true because I have the security system, inside cameras and different sensors. The system does me no good. This also happens when I am at home and I have to turn it on and off several times to get it to work.
I don’t have any issues with mine.
Question, is it possible that the batteries have died and need to be recharged? Asking because mine was showing 50% charged but would not connect. However, the battery was at 0%
