I got the outdoor cam for Xmas after using the Cam v2 for a while and loving it. Ever since day one the image streaming is very bad and useless quite honestly. I even get it when the unit is plugged into the base station charging right next to the router, so it isn’t a range thing. I’ve tried updating all firmware, hard resetting everything, changing all settings (resolution, night vision, etc)

Either the battery is providing low power or your sensor is fried. Return it for repair.

How do I start a support ticket? That link is not helpful at all. I just searched how to do it on Reddit and the customers there have all had trouble starting a ticket as well. If my camera is defective, I just want to replace it. If I can’t resolve the issue with my outdoor, have no issue replacing all my Wyze products with Nest ones very shortly. I’ll keep searching reddit for a solution.
The easiest way is to call them and start the process that way. I’ve had good luck with calling in issues.

I submitted a ticket on my WCO. After a few days a response was received. I patiently followed instructions and advice. After a Firmware update did not resolve my issue, battery drain, eventually a replacement was sent.
Do NOT just return your device. If Wyze authorizes a return they will provide instructions and shipping labels.
