Outdoor Solar Cam Doesn't Record Dogs

I have a Wyze Solar Camera on the side of my house. The Camera doesn’t record the neighbors dogs that go past the detection area and into our front yard where my Google camera does record them. The Wyze camera does record the neighbor coming to get the dogs but not the dogs themselves. After a few times I chalked it up to a glitch and played with the settings but after all the times its happened now it just doesn’t pick up the dogs. I have the subscription and the range on high.
