Outdoor cam won’t connect to base

The procedure is: if the old base still works and the camera you are trying to set up on the new base needs to be deleted using the app from the old base but only if they are both on-line and the camera is showing it is connected to the old base. Delete the camera from the old base using the app then delete the old base. Set up the new base then set up the camera as per original directions to the new base. If you delete the old base or the camera with the app while they are not on line throw them in the garbage because you sill never get them set up again.

The base only works for the WCO version one and two and will not work with any other camera
