I recently upgraded to unlimited Cam Plus and my Outdoor Cam V2 stopped uploading videos. I used to have a per-camera Cam Plus subscription and it was working fine. But after upgrading to unlimited Cam Plus it kept failing to upload videos. I kept getting a “Failed to upload” message when I tried to view the event created by the camera. I also have an V1 outdoor cam and it is still working fine after the upgrade. Bug??
Updates: I have uploaded logs and contacted customer support. No luck. The customer support person kept asking me to perform stuff that I’ve already done. I asked what was learned from the logs and I was told that they don’t view the logs, only engineering does but engineering is an “Offline Team”. (Hmmm?)
I’ve been a long time supporter of Wyze, from since they started, and I hope their quality of service will revert back to the level they were at before.
