Outdoor Cam not syncing with base station

After recharging my outdoor cams, one of them would not open in the app. I kept getting a ‘connection failed’ error when I would attempt to open the video feed on my android phone. I deleted it from the app and attempted to re-sync it but nothing happens when I push the sync button on the underside of the camera. I’m not sure what my next move would be, and any suggestions would be appreciated.
