Hi I placed my order September 27, 2019 and the money got taked out of my card but I’ve never recieved an email with my tracking number… I’ve been checking my order history all week and its been saying processing and today when I check my order history it says closed. What does that mean?
I would contact support for information in regards to your order status, The forums here are mainly fellow Wyze community members assisting others, and do not have access to view orders, I wish you well and a speedy resolution
I’ve emailed them but still no response. I thought coming here someone would be able to help me. Thank you will try to message them again.
