Has anyone received an error message in the app with a blank screen and a picture of a Wyze cam with a sad face? It says “oops something went wrong”.
I’ve tried removing the app and reinstalling it.
I’ve updated the app.
I turned my phone off and back on.
I have storage space on my phone.
I have no idea what to try now.

There is a outage, Reported to Wyze and they are currently looking into it

It hit me about 10 minutes ago. Total mess.
Seems to be recovering. Was definitely server side. Not sure if it was Wyze or AWS.
