Thank you! Will this issue be addressed in an upcoming firmware release? Is it safe to update other battery cameras to the current firmware? I was holding off on the update in the chance that the latest firmware cased the issue.
This issue should now be resolved from the Wyze cloud side. Please try triggering and viewing a new cloud event on your Battery Cam Pro to confirm whether the issue is fixed.
