I have 5 V3 cams. I added my 2 new OG cams using my iPhone. These new OG cams didn’t show up on my IPad until I deleted the Wyze app on the IPad and then re-installed the app again using App Store, then logged back in.
Nothing short of that worked, and I tried everything else possible.
Just an FYI.
My assumption is that you had an old enough version of the app on your iPad that the app did not know what an OG camera was. Re-installing gave you a new enough version to know what an OG camera was.
