Off-line sensor and contacts

I have 2 contacts and 1 sensor that has been off line since the 27th of this month. Not sure on how to get them back online or even if it’s a way to get them online?
Has anybody else experienced this issue?

Assume you’ve tried all the usual: reboot camera, remove and reinstall hub, delete and re-add sensor?

No @WildBill I wasn’t sure since cameras all are working just fine. I will start the process ill let you know how it goes. Thank you
