Now all five camera's are not working. Send an email to Tech Support 3 days ago.

All the sudden one after another all five camera’s have stopped working. Not sure what is going on… I have tried reading the QR code multiple and nothing. It basically times out after confirming the QR code has been read. I have restarted my router. No issues with other WiFi devices.

I sent an email to tech support three days and still no reply. It’s a bit disappointing.

They appear to be swamped and it may take more time to get a response. It took 5 or 6 days for me to get a response, but once they responded, it was only a couple before it was resolved.
