Hi Gabbo, Sounds like the problem is limited to the Android Notification and not the whole Application and not the camera, event history or video time stamps.
Inform Wyze by reply to the Support Ticket you received, the time is (CEST) UTC+2 for Daylight Saving Time. and limited to Notifications only. Also post your ticket number here.
