I need help. I rent a property and my landlords share the camera with me.
My flood light will turn on when cars ride past or someone is approaching, however I am not receiving notifications to my device
Your landlord controls the notification settings. Guest accounts can’t change most of the settings related to the cameras. You can turn off notifications in your OS, but if they have them disabled in the app, you can’t turn them on.
