Notifications from all devices are inconsistent and do not match settings

This all worked beautifully for months/years then silence.

Summary:
No matter how my phone, the Wyze app or the devices are set - there are no notifications.
The doorbell no longer notifies not matter how phone, device or app is set.
A webcam V2 was set up yesterday with notification OFF, it is pinging notifications frequently while none of the other devices with notifications ON are issuing notifications.
There are no rules used for webcam or doorbell even though all rules are listed on all devices.

Attempted remedies:
App purged then re-installed.
Re-checked each device’s settings, turn each off then on.
Phone power cycled.
Re-read all provided manuals and many posts about notification issues.

There seems to be no way to control notifications from devices that powered on with all notification settings ON. As new features are released, the original basic useful features seem to fail.

One person rang the bell 3x in one day - viewable from event log.

Any advice?

I have the same problem, no notifications and also I want to have a unique notification for my door bell in my Samsung and I can´t find how to do it… when the notifications work is the same tune as everything else…so I want to know how can I set a UNIQUE notification for my doorbell. please somebody help me
