I see that the progress status has been reverted to “researching” in regard to multiple permission levels for users. In the meantime, as the owner of the account & cameras, can we please get notifications of settings changed on the camera such as power on/off? I don’t like that anyone with access to my camera can turn them off without me knowing.

I wonder if it would be easier for them to let us turn on notifications anytime a camera is turned on or off regardless of who did it.
I know a lot of spouses and other people will simply share the primary account login and it still happens on accident that way too. Being able to turn on notifications for these things even if it’s me who changes them would still be more helpful than no notification.
- automatic camera on/off notifications
- notification when connection to the server lost/restored (would help tell us if the power went out or am internet outage)
- siren turned on off notification (a lot of people do this by accident, and it should be more than just a local audible notice… Why not send a push notification for something important enough to make an alarm sound?)
- SD card settings or functionality changed notification (maybe SD card stopped working or being recognized)
- cloud event failed/corrupted notification (could indicate someone tried jamming the camera, deauth, cut power during an event, or something else we’d like to be aware of)
- maybe even tell us anytime a shared user starts the life stream, or at least keep a log of live stream connections that we can review
The above seem like obvious improvements they could make.
