Not receiving person notifications

The device has cam plus

Sensitivity to high (5)

AI event’s notifications is on

Person detection is on

Notifications for AI events is on

Yet no push notification for the person event… the event shows up in my events tab as person but I don’t receive a push notification

I un assigned the license and assigned it back and it didn’t fix it

ALAS!!!

I got a an AI event push notification.

What I did was turn off AI event notifications in the notifications tab. Cleared app cache

Force closed app

Toggled on the AI notifications and I walked in front of it and got notified !!!
