Not receiving benefits of cam plus

The annual subscription fee was removed from my cash app account even though my card was locked. This put my account in a negative balance. My card was locked because my phone was broken at the time. The bad part is I have never received the benefits of cam plus. I am using a new phone now so not sure if that’s the problem but it’s the same account. I have contacted support so guess I will just do away with my wyze account and wyze camera. It’s just a cheap out dated camera anyways. I will not be recommended wyze to anyone I know or anyone on social media. Thanks.

I’m not sure I’m exactly understanding your situation, but it sounds like you may have not assigned cam plus to any cameras. Check in the account > services tab of the app, and see if it shows your license. There you can add cameras to it.
